  We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this children’s hospital. From the moment we walked in, the care was exceptional. Every nurse, doctor, and staff member treated my child with such kindness and patience. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable and supported every step of the way. The hospital itself was incredibly clean and well maintained, which gave me so much peace of mind as a parent. They went above and beyond to make my child feel safe and cared for, even providing plenty of toys and extra kids clothing during our stay. Those thoughtful touches truly made a difference. One of the highlights was the play room filled with arts and crafts. It brought light into what could have been a stressful time and gave my child something joyful to focus on. You could tell they genuinely care about children not just medically, but emotionally too. I am beyond grateful for the compassionate, high quality care we received. I would highly recommend this hospital to any family needing pediatric care.

  They have the most outstanding nurses and doctors they treated my son very well when he was scared they would play with him they were very kind and caring and very sweet and respectful I would absolutely 💯 recommend this hospital to anyone who has children that r sick

  My daughter stayed one night this children’s hospital. (6/19/25)Very clean. I love nurse Corey!! He was soooo kind and took good care of my daughter. Thank you so much corey I appreciated everything you did for my daughter. the front desk lady Sherika, i was bother her so much but she was very kind and helped us a lot too! children's specialist Abigail! Very caring lady. Thank you for very welcoming for my daughter & let us play at indoor play area. She had very fun over there and forgot about pain after surgery because she was so busy to playing!! And night time nurse, im sorry i forgot hes name. Forgive me :( (6/19/25) super thanks to him also. Everybody was so nice im glad my daughter stayed this hospital!!

  I can't say enough great things about the staff here at Bill and Olivia Amos children's hospital in Columbus Ga . not just the ones that cared for our child, but all of who we encounter even in the halls they are absolutely amazing caring, professional all the way around. Dr. Day and the whole fifth floor I couldn't ask for a better care team. They explained everything in detail about procedure statuses medication and aftercare. The security team on both shifts are amazingly polite. I would give them a thousand stars.
