They have no bedside manner and have no awareness of what is going on around them as employees. Their lack of communication with each other makes all of the clients pay for their behavior ultimately. A good company, but Some of the employees at this location are a Terrible representation of the company. I feel sorry for the good employees here.

I was given the run around after my first donation.I was told to have a form filled out because someone else’s medical information was listed in my form. They gave me the form and it had another persons name on it. After having to call and go in more than once to get the form in my name they denied the form my dr filled out because the didn’t not perform a psych eval.I wish I never stepped foot in that building.
