- RMRya MilamOct 15, 20251.0This place is a complete scam!!! AND THEY’RE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I went on a Tuesday around 11am and did everything they told me to do I signed in, and I waited. They called my name I went to the back so they could check my veins, (The young girl with the natural puffy orange Afro) checked my veins and told me that my veins were visible and that I could use my right arm because that arm was showing the most veins. They sent me back out to the front so I could continue the process after watching a 18 minute video explaining the whole process and whatnot I confirmed my address, identity, birthday, age, and answered even MORE QUESTIONS. So by the time it was time to go back to get my plasma donation started I had to answer a 63 question test. After all that, around 4 they kept calling people that got there after me to get started with there procedure so after being there technically ALL DAMN DAY! They FINALLY called my name and had me just standing there while they’re completely ignoring me standing there. One older lady come over and checks my veins and goes to have a conversation (talking about my veins not showing up) so she tells (the young light skin girl with the black wig) that couldn’t donate after waiting all damn day when they could’ve just told me that the first time. They proceeded to ask me who checked my veins the first time and I told them it was (the young girl with the black glasses and an orange Afro) she then told me to eat a good meal drink more water and come back tomorrow… mind you I had already came a day prior and it was the SAME THING! I told her I will not be coming back and I will be giving them a hell of a bad review. I demolished 12 bottles of water and ate a good homemade breakfast before I came I took down 4 more water bottles otw there and 3 more while waiting. They don’t know what they’re doing PERIOD! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I didn’t leave this place until around 4:45 pm going on 5pm
