  When it comes to the staff majority of them are nice , and make you feel welcomed , besides the nurse from the island she doesn’t know how to talk to people and I seen a man today get treated as if he was a junkie , when he clearly not , and this what made me leave a review , because it’s not cool cus a person donates to be treated down whether they need the money or not , that’s very unprofessional to talk to a human knowing the person wasn’t rude and being respectful especially knowing KEDPLASMA CAN JUST TELL U TO LEAVE CUS U STOOD OF FOR YOURSELF , AND THEY KNOW U WANT THE MONEY , and a lot of times the whole back nearly empty and the front is packed , people can be in and out but ends up being here 3 hours when it’s not packed , OVERALL ME PERSONALLY LIKE MAJORITY OF THE STAFF ,THEY ARE NICE TO ME , BUT THE WAY THE STAFF SOMETIMES TALK TO PEOPLE THAT WASNT RUDE SHOULD BE SPOKEN ABOUT AND the holding people longer than what they should be here is crazy

  This is the worst plasma center I came across. They are unorganized, unprepared and not very professional. The wait time to donate is ridiculous because of low staffing and when it is time to donate the process seems to be rushed. I hope this center and its employees can get these minor issues fixed before it’s too late !
