  Great experience...went out of their way to provide me with extra information I needed for my insurance....saw me quickly due to a deadline I had to meet and all were very personable and helpful

  Absolutely the rudest people in white County! The younger girl in the middle was picking her nose when I came in and wouldn't even try to get me an appointment. Wouldn't let them see my dog

  This is a wonderful medical care facility. The people are very friendly, knowledgeable, and great at their jobs. I don't want to praise too much, because then everyone will start going here.

  My appt was at 10:45, finally called back at 11:15. Sat on the exam room until 11:50. Went front desk to reschedule. No explanation. No apology. When I left. I was the only patient there. They offer to see me as I was rescheduling, but it was noon, and I had fasted for the appointment. I could understand if they were busy. But I was the ONLY one there. I was disappointed with the service I received.
