  I felt that my appointment was rushed, and I did not feel that my concerns were fully heard. I was repeatedly told that a different tooth was the source of my pain, despite the location being inconsistent with what I am experiencing. I was then given a referral and informed that tooth extractions are not performed in-office; however, this appears to contradict the information provided on your website. Additionally, I was advised to return for a cleaning and routine care, but when I attempted to schedule this at the front desk, I was told there is a waitlist and that I would be contacted when an appointment becomes available. Overall, this experience was frustrating and did not feel like a good use of my time or money. While I appreciate that the practice offers a sliding-scale fee option, I believe all patients should receive attentive and consistent care regardless of payment structure. This experience was very disappointing.

  I drove right under two hours to bring my daughter in for a comprehensive exam, and because of the website stating that they’re able to do crowns and restorative services. I was informed that they’re able to do one filling a visit, wasn’t told how many visits it would take, and to find somewhere else to do the crown she needs. I was hopeful about finding a one stop shop, considering the services listed show that they perform this service. My daughter is also on the spectrum and 22. I was told by the dentist that usually when adults with special needs have dental issues, it’s because the parents stop caring after the child becomes an adult. Not the case in our situation. We weren’t provided a treatment plan, and the plan wasn’t laid out for us verbally. I also asked for a referral for having the crown done elsewhere and was told they don’t do referrals. I left with as many questions and I arrived with.
