  First experience at this place and got scheduled for an intro class at 12pm. Was very excited to try this out and even invited a friend. We drove 40 minutes from Woodstock from her house. Unfortunately Atlanta traffic had other plans and added an extra 15 minutes to our route. I texted the employees I had been texting all week for this class that we will be arriving there a few minutes prior to class. Their message said as long as you arrive before 12 you are good. We parked at 11:58 in the busy parking lot and walked into the studio at exactly 12:00pm (I looked at my clock). The employee stated we could not be accommodated into the beginner class and would have to reschedule. At no point in my interaction with the studio had I heard we would need to reschedule if we could not be at the class before 12. The employee asked the instructor to accommodate us and the instructor declined. They stated they had a 5 minute grace period for current members but not for people completely new to the studio (?) They offered for us to do a level 1 class that started an hour later and had to pay $35. We respectfully declined. I won’t be going back to any club Pilates with absolutely no flexibility or empathy. I will be telling people I know about my experience as well.

  I liked coming here, the cancellation however is a headache. I’ve been charged twice after I’ve told them i wanted to cancel my account. I’ve had to submit a form , and email the GM and still continue to be charged.

  My wife first enjoyed going here. However, as time passed, the cracks started to show. The cancelation policy is utter garbage. We had to freeze her plan due to going out of town, and when we returned to cancel it, we were forced to buy another month membership... There is no point in doing that to your customers other than for greed.

  The cancelation policy at Brookenhaven studio is fundamentally flawed and predatory. Like a debt collector they are real stringent about what they feel is due to them. I've never seen more narcissistic and entitled behavior. I honored a 3 month commitment but the greed of these people!! They basically have a loop hole to keep charging money which blind sides customers if you don't exactly cancel within the 30-day period. I would have continued going to the studio but the greedy behavior is strange and disturbing and I prefer to go to a cleaner studio that isn't filled with dirt ( had to buy my own mat to cover the reformer) with better business etiquette. You can't be so thirsty and desperate for money. I cannot stand companies that make up arbitrary rules just to keep their pockets lined.
