This is a great studio. I joined as part of recovery from an auto accident and needed to strengthen my back muscles. I've done that and more. The reformers helped me gradually strengthen all my muscles. The teachers are fantastic. The studio is clean. There is a variety of levels and types of classes daily. Located in Whole Foods Shopping Center across from Lowes, so easy parking. Highly recommend.

Lakisha C. is so positive and motivating! She explains why we are doing every exercise and how it contributes to our health. The entire staff is focused on helping us learn Pilates. Even simple things like Riley making it an easy flow to checking into class. Thank you Club Pilates team!

Didn’t even make it to our intro class because the employee that called my roommate (who was also taking the class with me) told her to not even bother coming to the intro class unless we are signing up for a membership. Which one, is super un unprofessional and straight up rude. Obviously our plan was to try out a new Pilates place to see if we liked the environment and then going forward would book either more classes and or a membership with them, considering we knew that that’s how the company works, but after her saying that to my roommate, very rudely and condescending might I add, it was very offputting and definitely doesn’t make us want to sign up for any kind of membership with them. I would never book a client for a free consultation at my business and tell them that if you don’t plan on booking a further appointment, don’t even bother to show up. Word for Word, what she said pretty much. Maybe hire some new people:)

First experience at this place and got scheduled for an intro class at 12pm. Was very excited to try this out and even invited a friend. We drove 40 minutes from Woodstock from her house. Unfortunately Atlanta traffic had other plans and added an extra 15 minutes to our route. I texted the employees I had been texting all week for this class that we will be arriving there a few minutes prior to class. Their message said as long as you arrive before 12 you are good. We parked at 11:58 in the busy parking lot and walked into the studio at exactly 12:00pm (I looked at my clock). The employee stated we could not be accommodated into the beginner class and would have to reschedule. At no point in my interaction with the studio had I heard we would need to reschedule if we could not be at the class before 12. The employee asked the instructor to accommodate us and the instructor declined. They stated they had a 5 minute grace period for current members but not for people completely new to the studio (?) They offered for us to do a level 1 class that started an hour later and had to pay $35. We respectfully declined. I won’t be going back to any club Pilates with absolutely no flexibility or empathy. I will be telling people I know about my experience as well.
