  My nurse shayna was rude, condescending and lacked empathy in every way. I am paralyzed from a spinal cord injury and have been dealing with this unsolvable abdominal/back pain thats causing my bp to be 200/120 and and heart rate 150. My primary care keeps telling me to go to the er. I have bp meds that thankfully an er gave me years ago that I still have thats helped bring my bp down in the meantime. They made me wait over 4 hours just to be seen with only 4 people in the waiting room with ZERO urgency. This er experience was awful and i still feel like something has burst inside of me causing my bp to become outrageous. It's ridiculous we pay so much for heathcare that does nothing but fail us over and over again because healthcare workers lack empathy/urgency for their patients. Georgia healthcare is going to be the death of me and now I honestly just don't know what to do 😭😭😭 I'll never return here.

  I was seen immediately and all the staff were wonderful, very helpful and kind. Both ER and labor and delivery staff were so sweet, I appreciate them so much!

  I was instructed by urgent care to go to the ER for chest pains. I almost went out of my way to drive to Rome from all the negative reviews, but ended up not doing so. I was served by some pretty cool people with positive attitudes. Maybe it was a fluke and I got lucky.... but I liked them, and thought they did a good job. Just off my one time experience, I dont get the hate.

  I was placed in a small room vertical one to be exact the chair/ recliner bed thing they had me to sit in did not have any exchangeable covers for the chair very poor conditions

  i came in this morning with my boyfriend, i want to add the doctor did great and he was quick. the am nurse julie was also kind and quick with us. i’m putting 3 stars because our first hour and a half that we were there the original nurse mackenzie did not come into the room when we called the nurse light. my boyfriend was in extreme pain and needed something, anything. she didn’t check in or anything. we just sat there in a room forgotten about.
