- TSTrina SharpeMay 29, 20241.0Shared with both Dr Owens and the dental tech in April 2023 about a sensitive area on my gum, both told me I was just brushing too hard. Went back October 2023 and was told the tooth above that sensitive area needs to come out, there's infection there and it's been there since October 2022, he showed me the Xray from 2022 showing that. Ummmm, I'm sorry, why was I not told about this a year ago, why did you not do anything a year ago, and YOU decided to do additional xrays and charge me $30ish because of something YOU DIDN'T CATCH a year before. NOPE.
