Dr. Baute is wonderful! Drove from Atlanta to Cartersville. He has a great bedside manner, was willing to listen to our concerns, and helped us find answers for our daughter’s condition.

Lisa was excellent. So sweet and knowledgeable. The staff was great. I had a great check in experience the receptionist was very personable. The check out person was also great- professional and got all my extra stuff scheduled quickly.

Wonderful front office staff, clear communication of estimates and registration paperwork prior to the appointment. Only a short wait. Dr. P was very friendly and warm, great positive energy. He explained things well, spent time needed and didn’t rush. I love that he is holistic in approach to his practice.

Lisa is always professional and thorough. I have two elderly parents ages 90 and 87. It means a lot to have someone who cares about their patients and we'll go above and beyond to take care of them. Thank you to the receptionist, office staff,

The physician I saw was wonderful—very attentive, professional, and thorough. I truly appreciated the care provided.
However, my interaction with the medical assistant was concerning. During the medication review, the dosages and frequencies listed were incorrect. When I attempted to clarify, I felt rushed and was interrupted, and I was told, “That doesn’t matter—are you still taking these medications or not?” This made it difficult to ensure my medication list was accurate.
Additionally, after I stepped off the scale and was gathering my belongings, the MA instructed me to follow her but proceeded ahead without waiting. When I entered the hallway, no one was there. I had to call out to ask where she had gone, and she then waved to me from outside a room rather than escorting me.
As a medical provider working in a busy local clinic, I understand how demanding healthcare environments can be. However, this interaction felt dismissive and did not reflect the level of professionalism or patient-centered care that many of us strive to provide. Our clinic frequently refers patients in need of cardiology care to this practice, and I hope this feedback can be helpful in ensuring consistently positive patient experiences.
