- TPTiffany PierceJan 25, 20254.0I was able to schedule an appointment online for the same day. For someone sick, that makes things easier than talking on the phone. The website gave me the range for illness visits as a self-pay patient that was accurate. The front staff was friendly and discussed the pricing upfront upon seeing I was self-pay. There was a little trouble with understanding my practitioner. However, it was due to a lack of knowledge, only that she had a very strong accent and soft spoken. My hearing was also being affected by fluid behind my ear drums. Overall, I will return should the need arise for me to need an illness visit when in the area again.

Bragged about how she was in charge and allowed to be disrespectful and roll her eyes at customers. Also, bragged about how she has made that clinic so much better to it’s “3” star! Yikes, sad representation of the company. Not to mention, it’s pretty bad when the APRN was mortified with her behavior. The company might want to evaluate who represents them. Not a good look, but I will follow up to make sure it addressed at a higher level.

Both times we were treated very well and even received a follow up call to check on my daughter's double ear infection. We were invited back for a free re-check, which we ended up doing and needing a new medication. Fantastic service experience with both Nurse Practictioners.
