- KWKris Willson6 days ago1.0Once you get done pick glasses the tiny selection of affordable they then tell u that will be 250 not counting the glasses because insurance paid that. I paid for the exam and cost of the contracts 110. I walk over and look at glasses he goes that will be 259. Too much two prices in one room. I was so happy to finally get my exam taken care of but so upset I kept being told 2 more prices. You don't need to be so expensive.

- MWmaria woodardFeb 27, 20263.0I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. Did not see doctor until 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment. Don’t think appointments should be scheduled 20 minutes apart if clients are made to wait. I arrived at store at 9:05, appointment was at 9:20. Was called back by doctor at 9:40 and did not leave the store until 10:15. My previous eye doctor was better at scheduling but unfortunately he has retired. Staff was cordial but did not make me feel like a valued customer

The experience went from being very discouraged to feeling great about the final choice all thanks to her help and patience 😊
