    Have used this pharmacy for many years and had a few issues but yesterday was it!- my wife and I went in for Covid shots- we filled out the papers!- we discovered later we were given flu shots instead- we were not asked before hand to verify what shots we were receiving. We had already had our flu shots!!- never going back!- beware!

    They have worst service around. When you tell them to set all prescriptions to automatically refill they will just to you and say they set it up. You can never call and talk directly to a person it is always that stupid voice computer. They should just close the place down.

    This pharmacy is pretty bad just like all the other reviews have stated. Slow Service, lack of emphathy, extended fill times, orders not ready when promised. I only use this pharmacy as it is one of the approved pharmacies by my employer and close to home. They just brought the old business practices from the old little store to the new store. Nothing improved when they opened this store. Not just pharmacy but the whole store brought the bad business practices from old store.I actually sometimes get anxiety when I know I am going to have to do business there.

    I was in Kroger yesterday to get prescriptions for aman that I work for as his caregiver. My name is Faye Pike. Mr. Young is on a program called Community Care Service Program. This is a program that is run by the state of Ga.to help people who have very challenging situations &health problems.I am his official caregiver for CCSP.Yesterday I attempted to pick up Mr. Young,s prescriptions that we had recieved a phone call for and was told they were ready for pickup. The pharmacist assistant {Megan} was very rude and uncooperative.The pharmacist{Emily} was also rude and refused to give me the order.She kept his order back for twenty minutes and I had to ask them to please give me Mr. Young,s prescription. She was very rude and combative.I also witnessed { Megan} being very rude to other customers.Mr. Young will be swiching his business to another pharmacy
