  Tracy could care less that she is at work. She has no care, that they have had a prescription for 4 hours, they won't even start to fill it unless you come and wait another hour for them to actually fill it and not just look at it!

  I don't know why this pharmacy has such a low rating. I moved to Cartersville about a year ago and was using the Kroger Pharmacy in another part of Metro Atlanta. The staff at this pharmacy always goes above and beyond and I couldn't ask for more helpful people. I have had issues getting my RX sent from my provider and they have been more than helpful getting everything resolved. Always friendly and willing to help.

  No empathy. Most people who are calling on you are sick, either acutely or chronically. They would not transfer a blood pressure prescription for my husband until the next day as their policy is 24 to 48 hours. He is completely out through no fault of his own. Shameful. I stopped shopping at Kroger over 3 years ago and this is another perfect example of why.

  Have used this pharmacy for many years and had a few issues but yesterday was it!- my wife and I went in for Covid shots- we filled out the papers!- we discovered later we were given flu shots instead- we were not asked before hand to verify what shots we were receiving. We had already had our flu shots!!- never going back!- beware!

  I agree with everyone else .. this place is horrible only bc of the young staff. Get some serious grown ups please not high school kids
