Whoever the owner is needs to hire better employees. If I could give 0 stars I would. This places does not even deserve 1. It was dirty and smelly.
- PPPaigeJul 30, 20251.0You guys must be very desperate for help to hire some of the people you hire. I just walked in your store and there’s no employee in site. I actually needed help but I could forget that I guess. All I can hear is someone’s loud speaker phone conversation. Turns out it’s the very young girl who’s working and with her entire personal conversation full volume on speaker phone! She was sitting down behind the counter where you couldn’t even see her! I then dared to ask her a question and so rudely of me interrupted her on the clock dramatic phone call! I ask very nicely “are you guys out of Alani’s?” (Since I didn’t see them). She looks at me like I have 4 heads and says nothing! (as the person on the other end of the phone is continuing with her dramatic story). I then ask again “are you out of Alani’s?” She then just shakes her head yes and immediately looks back down at her phone! Why even pay someone to be there? I could’ve robbed the store and she would’ve never known or cared. SMH. Unsafe for her and your store. The homeless people who hang outside of publix could do a better job.
