I called ahead of time and asked if they were in network with my insurance. I gave them my info and I was told yes. I’ve had the same insurance for years and I KNOW it covers my exam for contacts, glasses and $150 towards my contacts or glasses. The lady said my insurance only pays 10% of the exam and my part was $101! She said the cost of my glasses with insurance would be $629!!! I’m near sided with a little astigmatism, no high rx or anything. This was a TOTAL rip off! When I go to Eyeworks,, which is one of the best in Cartersville, Georgia, I get my eyes checked for glasses and contacts and I walk out paying/owing NOTHING! This was my first and last time going to Pearl Vision!!!’

Made arrangements to leave work early and 40 mins before my appointment time I get a phone call to tell me they no longer accept my ins. Extremely unprofessional. Then the office staff has the audacity to ask if I would like to be a self pay pt. Absolutely NOT, and I will be pulling my daughter as a patient as well we don’t have the same insurance.
