- NDNakella DanielOct 24, 20231.0I scheduled an appointment today for 4:45pm only to get there and be told that the provider doesn’t accept my insurance. I literally scheduled online with my insurance information so it was seen before they called me to confirm my appointment. They called me to confirm the type of service I was receiving and just to be sure that I wouldn’t be wasting my time coming for a service they didn’t provide but yet I wasted my time coming there when the receptionist could’ve stated that the new provider didn’t accept my insurance because she isn’t fully certified over the phone. I work in customer service and I would never do something like this to a customer because 9/10 it’s distasteful to the company. Receptionist name was Gabriel, and whoever the provider was for 10/24/23 unsatisfied customer that won’t be returning! They also advised me to drive over 45 minutes to another clinic that has a provider that accepts my insurance! What a shame

I was able to make an appointment less than 24 hours ahead of time online, which was super quick and easy. The nurses were compassionate and professional, and I left feeling relieved. As someone who tends to be anxious about health and doctor appointments, my experiences at the Little Clinic have been pleasant and relaxed. There was very little wait time as well. I definitely recommend them for minor things if you don’t have the time/money to go to your regular practitioner.
