Went to get a simple, quick flu shot at 4:15, and the girl at the front said she had already logged out and said I could come back the next day. They close at 4:30. This is terrible patient care.

They were amazing. Got me in and out in no time. I had covid in August and they gave me the paperwork to send to my boss. They also told me what I needed to take as far as OTC meds. Will use them again and again... As long as they are this great!

I was refused service at the Carrollton clinic. No in person appts available, yet no one was at the clinic during several visits to the store. Receptionist said they were not accepting walk-ins but suddenly found an appointment for days later even though I had just checked online before speaking with her. Had to go to Stone Mountain clinic where I received excellent service.

I took my daughter here for a sick appointment, we have been here in the past with no problems. First the front desk checkin nurse was so disrespectful and rude and could not get our insurance to go through even after I called our insurance company and they told her what to do as we were in network. She just didn’t want to do it, she would have rather stay on her personal phone. Finally I said I would pay for the visit $149 dollars and said I would submit to our insurance company just to make it go faster because obviously she did not want to help us nor knew what she was doing. Once in the room the checkin nurse was the same nurse in the back room. She never washed her hands prior to putting gloves on, once the gloves were on she blew her nose, left the room came back and never changed them. Strep and Flu test done and I’m almost positive she had no clue what she was doing. Finally what I think was the doctor came in said a few things barley checked my daughter out and said it was maybe just a virus for us to get Zyrtec 🤔 We will never return to this clinic for anything.
