    Drive thru not open for at least 6 months. Covid should be enough of a reason to get it open ASAP!

    I’ve been going here for the past six months for my prescription because it’s the cheapest with good RX. Well every month there has been one issue or another. This time, I dropped it off in the morning and they said I would get a text when it was ready. 6 hours later, still no text so I call. That’s when they tell me that they didn’t have my medicine in stock but it will be in the order that comes in later that evening. I called the next day and they still didn’t have my medicine. Terrible communication, terrible customer service. I would rather pay more somewhere else.

    I love my Kroger s.park st. Carrollton. I love Marie, Vicki, Marsha, Lynn, Susan. They treat me so good! Kroger is very lucky to employ these fine people!

    Terrible customers service at the pharmacy. When they are busy, they pick up the phone and hang on me. This is not the first time. I requested for the manager twice and was transferred to a number that rang for a long time and nobody picked up. I asked a employee please get my mother cholesterol prescription ready. She said they have no prescription on file. When I told her the prescription is there. She looked again and said oh I found it. That pharmacy needs a complete new management.
