How is it that they are always out of everything and have to order it? I am changing pharmacies because they have nothing In stock ever. Ever. It’s more rare for them to have something. I get it if it’s once, even twice maybe (maybe) but every, single, time from ointments to controlled substances, commonly used prescriptions to not so common you will be guaranteed to miss a a dose because they never have stock. Whoever is responsible for ordering their meds needs to step up their inventory game.

DO NOT use this pharmacy. Takes them a week or more to fill a prescription. I requested a transfer on 03/07/22 to another pharmacy. This transfer request was not done after several requests from my new pharmacy. I had to call and complain to the Kroger pharmacist to get the transfer completed today 04/04/22. I repeat DO NOT use this pharmacy. Been a hassle every single month on a simple refill of one prescription for myself.

My wife gets all of her scripts at Kroger and I get a lot of my scripts here and have never had a problems with ever received any scripts that were not for either one of us. Several Pharmacy Staff members know who we are and asks if we are picking up for one of us or both. The whole Pharmacy Staff on Whole is very Professional in every way, hands down.
