WOMEN BEWARE OF UNSAFE MAN AT THIS LOCATION. ( i will explain below).I came here to give a one star review, but remembered fairness. I have frequented this location many times over the past 5 months. This week i have visited 3 times and called once. My 1st 2 visits this week werw in the morning time in which i was assisted by Tony. He was helpful, informed and friendly. No problems or issues, he even gave me pertinent information about my membership. All the way both were 5 star visits. I had to call once and spoke to Andrew, who seems to be new but is trying and listened well and offered the best knowledge he had. He was friendly and professional. The 3rd visit is the visit of concern here. I came in later in the evening to get some things after they were to have gotten a truck. Ken is the employee who was there at this time. He asked me a question and i answered. He this made himself larger and raised his voice slightly and appeared agitated and said I HAVE TO ask. I replied with well, i have to answer. I asked for my receipt but i asked if he could use my phone number, he said it was too complicated, so i went to see if i could find it. My 15 yr old foster son was with me and stayed in store while i looked. Upon my return ken was telling my son about the gym he owned in a town over. I inquired about the name, and his demeanor changed again. He said i own one. I gathered that, which one. He did not reply but went back to addressing my son. The transaction is almost over he needs the original card, i was looking at the receipt to see which one it was and he took it from my hand and said the number wasn't on there. It was. We eventually found it. During this i attempted to interject a few questions about the gym he's still trying to sell to my son. He looks at me and speaks over me and said " it looks good when a gym is full of young men are there working out". So, you're not interested in others? Women? Various ages? Also, I'm not here for your gym plugs, I'm here for gnc. I understood the gender discrimination immediately and said nothing else. We finalized the transaction and He began trying to gas light me asking me what the look was on my face. I bid him a good day and hurried out with my kid. This is an unsafe male. He did not see me as an equal. He did not attempt to assist me on items i needed within the location i was in. He attempted to create emotional turmoil, as which he would probably have claimed to be the victim of an emotional female. Ladies, if you need items of the nature of this location, i strongly suggest researching somewhere else to shop.

I was gifted a $20 gift card. I checked the balance on it before going to the store. I popped in and was going to grab some GNC Creatine Monohydrate, since they didn't have Optimum Nutrition Creatine. I tried using the card at checkout and the cashier couldn't figure it out. It wouldn't swipe at all, and the cashier said, " I sell a lot of them but don't know how to use them". He don't know how or didn't try keying it in. I mean it's a GNC gift card?!? I didn't purchase the product and left since I wanted to use the card and really didn't want the creatine I was purchasing it was just what they had. I will use the gift card online to avoid the unpleasantries of the store but the cashier needs more training. I will not be going back to GNC and will purchase all products elsewhere. After going on line and ordering to pickup in store I also found it was cheaper online. Let's do better GNC.

I go to this GNC all the time and have never really had any issues. Today I bought some preworkout (GNC brand Gold series Ultra Rush) got to the car and opened the preworkout to get a scoop before heading to the gym. The preworkout was hard as a rock and couldn’t even get a scoop. I went back into the store to exchange the product for the same item just one that wasn’t old and hard. The worker said they couldn’t exchange the product. I won’t be shopping here again due to bad products on the shelves and the bad customer service.
