  If this was just a once occurrence, I would let it go, but this is the second time this almost exact thing has happened to me. I was in Target. so I went in to get glasses I go to the counter and there’s only one person there and she just finished with somebody else and then she proceeded to get on the computer for at least a couple of minutes and not even acknowledge. I was standing there. Just as she finished on the computer, the phone rang and instead of saying, I’ll call you back or please put you on hold. She stood there for a couple minutes to talk to somebody on the phone. I don’t consider that good customer service. The person in the store should be the priority not the person on the phone. At the very least, you should acknowledge the person standing right in front of you. This is the second time this almost same thing has happened to me. Well in my book 2 strikes and you’re out. I will be going “any place else” from now on.

  Best place to get your Eyeglasses everybody in the team is wonderful and very professional! I never had a good experience like this at an eye glass place ever.
