I love Alesia. She works all parts of the office. I’ve seen her check in patients for office visit, check-in patients for in-house surgery procedures, remove IV’s and make your appointment. She just honestly seems to know how to do everything and she is so kind and thoughtful, and I’ve seen her interact with really elderly people with patience ,sympathetic to their needs and just really really listens when people talk. Summit Spine and Joint Center are very lucky to have her. She’s my absolute favorite. .

I had an 8:45 appmt with an arrival time of 8:30. I was put in a room at 9:10, but didn’t see the Dr until 10:20. I was discharged by 10:40. Dr and staff were very nice. Waiting that long just wasn’t pleasant
Drs, nurses and staff are amazing! Welcoming, welcoming caring, patient and supportive. They followed-up to check how I was doing. This a great team and I can’t say enough without sounding like a paid advertisement. If this sounds like a “duh moment,” that’s great you have been lucky; however, I have experienced great care, but fell like I had been an annoying problem, instead of a suffering PERSON! The facilities are always clean and I appreciate not having to pay or fight for parking. Rate: 10 out of 10 and yes I do recommend. Thank you for your dedication to help me heal!

The doctors here are extremely knowledgeable and provide new procedures no one else does. Im currently waiting for my own plasma to repair torn tissue from whiplash. Arthritis in my neck has sharp edges that tore my tissue causing problems. Im really praying for healing. Thank doctors.

If I could give zero stars I would! Please do yourself a favor and don’t go here! It’s a scam and they won’t bother to help you when you need it most! What started off as help for my severe arthritis pain has gotten me to the point of desperation post surgery.
I paid $740 out of pocket for a nerve block procedure that they claimed they would not file under my insurance. Well it seems that was a lie because they did charge my insurance and was paid for the service by my insurance YET THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY! It’s been over 4 months now and they say as long as I have an open appointment, they will not refund me.
Now here I sit, post total knee replacement surgery, in a world of pain and only have 2 pills left for the entire weekend and they won’t give me an appointment. My last appointment it took them 4 days to respond. I hope that it’s not dangerous coming off of opioids cold turkey like this but they offer no choice and won’t provide me with an answer.
