Making an appointment and being able to check in from my phone is a big plus. Personnel is always friendly and knowledgable and service is quick. Results of the tests are always posted quickly and are easy to read and understand . I highly recommend this lab.

I love this Quest location. I was previously using LabCorp and asked to go back to Quest because, not only are they professional and quick, they have more affordable costs for tests. To Michelle my Phlebotomist, you are amazing! Keep up the amazing work!!!

Quest is easy and convenient. Their technician named Fedora is so nice and professional that I didn't even notice when she drew my blood!

Phlebotomist was short tempered & rude, missed vein and tried to dig. I tried to tell her to use the tubing for pediatrics, she did not listen. She used a huge needle that she said was the smallest one they had. This was not true, because she made me go to a different phlebotomist and, lo and behold, that phlebotomist had the right equipment and the tubing with a scalp/butterfly needle. If I can avoid the lab in the future, I will. It doesn’t cost any extra to be kind to others and to listen.

The staff is polite; however, they insist that you must pay the estimated amount before receiving service. After explaining that this is not standard practice—especially since my insurance covers 100% of the cost—they made me wait while I reiterated that I should be billed according to the typical process.
If they collect payment upfront, it also allows them to charge additional amounts later if the final bill reflects more. In the past, I have paid in advance and was later charged more, even though my insurance indicated that I owed nothing. It was extremely difficult to obtain a refund.
Eventually, the phlebotomist stated that the system had “magically” allowed her to proceed, as I made it clear that I would not leave without having my blood drawn and would not pay until the charges were properly processed through my insurance. She inserted the needle forcefully and then repeated that they could delay or withhold my results for not paying. To my understanding, withholding results for this reason is against HIPAA regulations.
I sincerely hope my results are not delayed due to this situation.
