  Horrible! Awful! Don’t recommend. Huge waste of my time! I’m so annoyed. I went to doctor right next door to this place and so I walked over for an xray even though I really need MR but supposedly insurance would cover xray. Of course was too late in day so they said to come back the next day. I called the next morning and he said I could do a walk in appointment at 10:30. When I got there he ran by insurance and said it was $900! In the meantime I found out online that the American Health Imaging down the street does an MRI for $500!

  An example of our typical ineffective healthcare system. No one in the waiting room, can't do a CAT scan for approx. 1 week due to insurance approval and can only provide the service on Tuesdays. So sick of all the scheduling systems and policies...

  Had an appointment here today at 2 I called to inquire about the appointment and was rudely told I don’t have an appointment there I asked the man who answered the phone for a number that could maybe help me and he said “no” lacking any sort of customer service or care when I finally got ahold of patient services they said I did have an appointment there and they weren’t sure why the man said no. They should have someone more helpful answer the phone for them.

  The actual building is a little hard to find. You have to turn onto Riverstone Terrace to get to the parking. The staff here were very efficient and friendly.
