I can’t recall her name but she has long red hair and she provides excellent customer service and truly exceeds expectations. Kudos to everyone at this pharmacy and keep up the awesome work!!

My doctor would prescribe 4 or 5 refills throughout the year and I would go to pick up a prescription and they would tell me I have no refills available. This has happened to me three times with two different doctors…Every time I would try to get this resolved the pharmacy would blame the doctor and the doctor would blame the pharmacy. Every pharmacist I spoke with was ZERO help and some even blamed me. The most recent issue I had was resolved by Katie, who was so nice and genuinely wanted to help. She is the only pharmacist at Kroger that was actually helpful that I have dealt with.

Called and spoke to someone, after expressing I was irritated she said "well I guess next time you come in the store"... I'm sick. I don't want to come back. I was JUST THERE. If your staff were more thorough, this could be a 5 star review.
