  I’ve had very positive experiences using the pharmacy at this Kroger location. The pharmacists and staff are always professional, friendly, and willing to take the time to answer any questions I have about prescriptions. They are patient and make sure you understand important information about medications, which I really appreciate. Prescription pickups have been smooth and efficient, and the staff does a great job keeping things organized even when it’s busy. I’ve also found the team to be very helpful when it comes to checking on prescriptions, insurance questions, or letting you know when something is ready. Overall, the pharmacy staff here provides reliable service and great customer care, which makes the experience much less stressful. I’m grateful to have such a dependable pharmacy nearby and feel comfortable continuing to use this location.

  Sometimes they’re good and sometimes they aren’t. It all depends on who’s working your order.

  If I could give no stars...I would!!! This is the worst pharmacy I have had to deal with. My doctor called in a prescription that took 5 days to be filled. Then when it was time to refill I done the automated service on a Saturday morning days before I would run out. So, I went by on a Wednesday to get my prescription and was told none in stock. But it be there on Thursday, but to call before I came. Called on Thursday and was told the same thing. Called today (Friday) was told still don't have any and it might be there tomorrow. But I could go to another Kroger pharmacy that miles out of my way. Told them, I would just go somewhere else, this was so unprofessional and they never have anything. This wasn't my only bad experience, I had another one a couple weeks ago and was told, my prescription would be ready in about 30 minutes. So, I did some grocery shopping. Over an hour later was told it would be an hour or longer. I had already been in the store for over a good hour. So, I tried to be patient. Then almost an hour later, I was told it had to be ordered. I was so furious and asked why wasn't I told that earlier before I had been in the store for almost 3 hours trying to get a prescription. All I got was sorry. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
