My doctor would prescribe 4 or 5 refills throughout the year and I would go to pick up a prescription and they would tell me I have no refills available. This has happened to me three times with two different doctors…Every time I would try to get this resolved the pharmacy would blame the doctor and the doctor would blame the pharmacy. Every pharmacist I spoke with was ZERO help and some even blamed me. The most recent issue I had was resolved by Katie, who was so nice and genuinely wanted to help. She is the only pharmacist at Kroger that was actually helpful that I have dealt with.
