- RKrusty kainJan 29, 20261.0Strong warning. This company takes money to place people from “recovery” or “next-step” programs directly into customers’ homes. That may sound charitable on paper, but in practice it was a disaster for our family. A relative used this service and was robbed more than once by people the company sent. When confronted, the company refused to refund anything, offer help, or take responsibility for the losses. Customers are never clearly warned about who is being sent into their homes, and you end up assuming all the risk while the company collects fees and moves on. The glowing reviews are deeply suspect — they do not match real-world experiences and appear manufactured. If you care about safety, transparency, and accountability, do not invite this business into your home.

- JWJan WernerApr 17, 20255.0I first became acquainted with Homewatch three years ago when I returned home after four weeks in the hospital. They were with me 24/7 at first. The caregiver was so helpful with all of my needs and rides to many doctor’s appointments. My needs slowed down to only daytime help and eventually I was strong enough to not require assistance. They were with me for about two months, and I am so thankful for them. I could not have recovered so well without them. My husband has dementia and was unable to provide the assistance I needed. Now Homewatch provides a caregiver one day a week to stay with him freeing me to leave the house for various appointments. She is so faithful and I look forward to her visits for the fellowship on the days I have no appointments. My experience with Homewatch Caregivers has been a very good one, and I heartily recommend them.
