They had all my info ready to go, and they didn’t ask me to fill it all out again after filling it out online previously. Dr. Nunez was so thorough and kind. He explained things no one ever has, about my vision. He asked if I got headaches, and it never occurred to me it could be vision related, I just totally forgot that correlation. He asked me many times if I had questions, and best of all, he has Dad jokes. The woman who helped me pick out glasses, I neglected to remember her name but the one with beautiful accent, she was wonderful. You could tell that she understood how important it is to figure out what someone’s priorities are when it comes to picking out glasses like the look/style, comfort, value and maximizing benefits, etc. And I felt like the opinions she gave on what looked best really were on point for my face and lifestyle.
