  This facility is phenomenal! The staff is great and super friendly, the instructor are caring, want to help you do better and to help you control your workout the right way! I highly recommend club Pilates!

  I had a very disappointing experience with the membership and billing practices at Club Pilates Canton Marketplace. The instructors and classes themselves were great — this review has nothing to do with the teachers or the quality of instruction. The issue is entirely with management and how cancellations are handled. I became medically unable to participate in classes and provided doctor’s documentation. During this same time, I also experienced the loss of my father. Despite clearly communicating my situation, submitting the required paperwork, and being told my cancellation was processed, I was charged multiple times for classes I could not attend. The contract and cancellation process feel extremely rigid and predatory, especially when health issues or serious life events are involved. Being forced to continue paying for a service you are medically unable to use — even after documentation and cancellation requests — is unacceptable and lacks compassion. This was a very stressful and upsetting experience during an already difficult time in my life. If you are considering joining, I strongly recommend reading the contract carefully and understanding how difficult it may be to exit, even in cases of illness or personal hardship.

  If you’re thinking about trying Pilates – this is your sign to start! I waited too long and now wish I had started earlier. The instructors are amazing – so caring and supportive, they make sure you feel comfortable and do everything safely and correctly. I’m still new, but I already feel the difference – my back pain is getting better and I feel stronger after each class. Highly recommend! 💫

  Love this place! I signed up a month ago and can't get enough! Each class is always unique and available for any skill level. The instructors are all incredibly motivating and facilitate a challenging workout each and everytime while also creating a community atmosphere. The various classes allow for scheduling flexibility, and it seems I am constantly learning new methods of strengthening without any harsh impact on my body. I can already see and feel the difference and am excited to be a member! Highly recommended!!

  I’ve only been taking classes for a month, but I already notice a change in my posture and balance. The staff is always warm and welcoming and provide a pleasurable experience.
