At Calhoun Family Dentistry, we strive to help patients maximize the insurance benefits available to them by understanding ahead of time what can be expected. Our office will be glad to assist in filing any insurance claims a patient provides sufficient information for. We are contracted with most major carrier networks, as well. As with any insurance coverage, or medical procedure, it is always best to contact your benefit coordinator or insurance carrier directly with specific questions for allowed coverage, as our office can only give estimates based on limited information received from the insurance company. Insurance companies will reserve the right to determine the final out-of-pocket patient cost of any completed procedure.
