  I've been here many times since they have opened never had issues, but my experience last night (03/11/25)was ridiculous. Arrived there at 5:10pm and my check in time kept getting pushed back. We got our final check in time for 7, to which we waited another hour after checking in. As well as 2 other people that came in after us went back before. We were there to get an x-ray for my son. The staff had the absolute most nonchalant attitudes an showed no concern what so ever. I've never experienced such unprofessional attitudes. Most of the time the people are delightful.

  The kiosk system was unexpected and a bit of a hassle, but hey, I understand getting away from paper forms. The people here were super nice and very detailed when explaining diagnosis and medication. Was overall a good experience.
