- NMNight MowerFeb 17, 20261.0BEWARE! There are NO refunds EVER. Apparently store credit and exchanges MAY be allowed under some circumstances, but only if you DO NOT wear your shoes. The shoes hurt my arches so much and I had to take them off after a brief wear at home on my carpet. But because I had worn them, they were not exchangeable. NOTHING IN THIS STORE IS RETURNABLE!! The cost is outrageous and IS NOT EVEN CUSTOM made for your feet. It is a rip off. The shoes cost $200 and the recommended inserts cost over $600. The worker boasted lifetime warranties but NEVER mentioned a word about being NONRETURNABLE! This was an expensive, crooked store. BEWARE!!

Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
