  The water in the drinking fountains tastes awful; it's been like this for a while and apparently nobody cares, neither the manager nor the company. It tastes like soap or chemicals. and one of the drinking fountains is not working

  The WATER IS DISGUSTING SOOOOO BAD OMG its truly a shame the way the water taste i couldn't believe it the worst water ever .... please MANAGEMENT if you see this take care the people and GO CHANGE THE WATER PIPES .... CLEAN THE FILTER NOW!!!!!!!!! other than that i love the gym NOT THE WATER

  This is the worst PF in Gwinnett by a long shot. Non-stop broken equipment makes an already small gym that much harder to use. They need to get it together.

  I have had a paid membership to this gym for over 2 years now & the employees have been letting me it to work out for about as long as I’ve been a member. The other day I was stopped and denied access because the account I am using is my mothers. My mother does not & has not gone to the gym in over a year now, it has been me & like I said, I was being let it until now. Cassandra, the employee who stopped me told me I cannot come in under my mom’s account for legal reasons & the ONLY options I got from Cassandra were 1. Create my own membership, 2. $20 day pass, or 3. Leave. And she was not very kind about it. While I understand this is a rule that I wasn’t following I was of course I was a little taken aback because I had BEEN getting let. Anyone would be a bit let down. I left and went to another location where the day pass has always been $5 not $20. I told them about what happened at the Buford location & about how I go use my moms account but I’m the only person that goes to the gym and guess what? They apologized for how I was treated & very simply offered me the option of having my mom come in and give consent to change my moms info to mine so I would be able to go in & work out. I was so relieved but also frustrated & confused at WHY Cassandra did not offer to do that for me… And what I found out next just pissed me off. The kind young lady at the other gym location told me that that same night, there were new restrictions put on my membership account saying I’m “not a member” & not to let me in… (written by Cassandra) & the other thing CASSANDRA wrote was that when she did not let me enter she CLAIMED to have offered to change my moms info to mine. Cassandra did not do that. Cassandra told me to make my own membership or leave (basically). Cassandra LIED. Seems like she did not want me to enter at all or she wanted a new member sign up to make her look good at her job. I don’t know. But being a paying member & then having someone that’s supposed to offer help/solutions LIE about how they treated you absolutely angered me & rubbed me the wrong way. So yes, I may have been “lying” by coming in to the gym on my moms paid membership, thanks to the much more helpful employee at the other location I know how to fix that now. But Cassandra, you’re a liar too. Do Better.
