I’ve been coming to this store in the past 4 years. I used another Dr., but this year I decided to go with Dr. Yang here and it went great. I am one of the happy customers and have always had satisfaction. The personal are always very responsive.

Jordyn was amazing definitely helped put my overthinking at ease when it comes to picking out the right frames. Everyone else was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for this great experience.
Tanya and Jordyn were super helpful and helped my wife get the right pair of glasses. Dr. Jayng gave her so much information on her current vision status. Everyone here is amazing. Would definitely recommend a visit to family and friend.

I brought my daughter in for an eye exam at Pearle Vision in Buford and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The front desk staff, Serena and Gabi, were incredibly welcoming, organized, and helpful with check-in and insurance questions. They made everything smooth and stress-free.
Sulema, the tech, was patient and kind, explaining each step of the testing so my daughter felt comfortable the whole time. Dr. Jang was a fantastic optometrist. Very thorough, professional, and great at answering our questions while making the exam easy to understand.
The entire visit was efficient and friendly, and the level of care really stood out. We’ll definitely be bringing our whole family back here for future exams and glasses. Highly recommend!

I went to Pearle Vision near the Mall of GA back in December for an eye exam. The visit itself was pretty standard, and I was told they would call me when my contacts arrived. It’s now February and I never heard anything.
I called today to check on the status, and someone (I dont want to use her name) told me that “someone said they called,” but there is supposedly no phone number on file. How do you call a number that isn’t there? That made no sense and felt like a blatant excuse.
To make it worse, I was then told they only ordered trial contacts, not my actual contacts. So what exactly have I been waiting on for two months? Now I’m being told I may have to use my new insurance or pay out of pocket because of their mistake.
I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, and of course, no one was available and I was told I’d get a “call back.” At this point, I have zero confidence in that.
This location is disorganized, poorly managed, and lacks basic follow-through and accountability. If you value your time and money, I’d strongly recommend going somewhere else.
