For the first time, I had aids that worked like I expected. After a couple of years my hearing got worse and instead of trying to sell me another pair, he recommended that I get a cochlear evaluation. Well I received my implants and no longer needed my Miracle Ear hearing aids. I was able to bring them back and recouped some of my cost. Their focus was on me and my quality of life during my experience there. I highly recommend visiting this location
