- CHCharlaine HesterApr 20, 20221.0The staff at this pharmacy are rude to customers. My doctor sent my refill to my previous pharmacy accidentally. She was able to resend it to the Kroger pharmacy the next day. Once I arrived to pick up the prescription, I was interrogated as though I was trying to illegally obtain my medication. I have chronic pain and my medication had run out the day prior to my doctor's visit. They acted like I had done something wrong and told me it was too soon for a refill. After explaining, I called the previous pharmacy and cancelled the scrip there so that Kroger could fill it. It is NOT their job to be snarky and judgemental. It does NOT take an hour to fill medication. I WILL be taking my business elsewhere.
