  Completely unprofessional cashiers checking out my family today. Milk on the conveyor and they wanted to treat my wife like garbage and kept rolling their eyes at her just saying "oh it's the customer, the customer's always right" then grin at each other. I am furious right now! They better be glad my wife handled this and not me or I would call corporate and someone would be losing their job.

  I love this pharmacy. It has that small-town feel to it. The pharmacist knows my family and helps with questions. They also help us find the best prices. Overall it's been a great experience. We've been using them for almost five years now.

  I use them only because they are only three minutes away from my house. To be frank if it wasn't for the gas rewards I would never use Kroger pharmacy. One employee (I'll leave her name out of this since I'm nicer than her ) has consistently lied to me about a variety of things and has even went as far as telling me (on an urgent prescription so I wouldn't have to be admitted to the hospital) that they just couldn't fill it that day that they were too busy. I have actually worked in a pharmacy and this type of behavior towards customers would have been completely against store policy for CVS and rite aid. Gas points or not I'm seriously thinking about changing pharmacies.

  They truly care about their customers and make sure they are taken care of. If something is not correct they make every effort to assist you and get the medicine you need.
