  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Buford Club Pilates was deeply disappointing. The customer service was unresponsive and dismissive, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. To make things worse, they insisted on a 30-day prior cancellation notice even though the quality of service and communication fell far below expectations. It feels completely unfair to enforce strict policies when the business itself fails to provide the level of support customers deserve. I would not recommend Buford Club Pilates to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and choose a studio that genuinely values its members and provides respectful, reliable service.

  If you enjoy and respect Pilates as a method even a little bit, you have to train with Michael at this Club Pilates! He’s the real deal, and you don’t really realize it until you join another studio in another city and you’re doing weird stuff on the reformer just for the ~vibes~ and the aesthetics Highly, highly recommend him. I was super grouchy/doubtful about Pilates and now things have clicked. Michael is an instructor you should see at least once a month to understand Pilates as a method. Get into one of this classes, stat. His style is very exact, as it should be! You shouldn’t be guessing what to do on any apparatus I left CP about a year ago, but my classes with him have formed pretty much every level of my practice to this day

  Carmila is AMAZING!! She hosted a Pilates night at my apartment community, The Enzo at Ariston, it was my first time taking Pilates & she was so patient & upbeat!! Loved the vibes & energy - hope to have her back again soon!
