When I first scheduled my appointment the person whom I spoke with on the phone was very polite with helping me schedule. On the way to my appointment I noticed that there was a different franchise closer to my home so I had thoughts about canceling with For eyes and scheduling with the other franchise. I'm so happy that I didn't. The customer Service was phenomenal. Kiyana and James went over and above my expectations in assisting me with choosing my eyewear. They were extremely helpful and made me feel valued as a customer. I truly appreciate the professionalism and customer service skills that they've displayed and I'm extremely happy with the glasses that I purchased.

Defently go back to these wonderful guys Well, this review actually wasn't he first day , I came to them because I wanted it to change the lenses on my glasses that were to scratched due to me let them to the floor , bit I ended up getting an eye exam, new lenses to my old frame and a new pair of glasses with new lenses, the guys in front of the store are just awesome guys, very professional and no sale pressure other that encourage me to buy a second pair just to have a spare, which it made sense to me , after a week or so , I got the message “ your glasses are ready for pick up” I went the next day, tried them on, but, I did no felt good with them, the moment I tried them on, I felt dizzy , they told me to try them of for a few days which I agreed on , but after 2 days I went back, they did some kind of texts on me and decided to put new new lenses on it…. After another week, I got the new ones, they felt better than the other ones, but still, something wasn't 100% right, ……ok; the old frame that I initially took there for replacement , I got them from Lense Crafters on Lenox Mall… they did the eye exam for 2 consecutive years 2023 and 2024 and those glasses fit wright from the first moment I put them on… I use them basically all day , especially for driving at night… but with this , I could not stand them for long periods of time. Friday night , I tried them for a drive, and it was just worst than with out glasses , car lights, stops lights just seem to bright, never clear and to foggy …. I planing to go next week to see what they can do to solve the problem… Im not an expert by all means, but I think, something wrong with the eye exam or the quality of the lenses either or both
