  Love Dr. Kolasa! He is warm, personable and very attentive to the needs of his patient. He explained what is happening to my body and is providing and plan that gives me hope that I can be healthy again. I look forward to working with Dr. Kolasa on the road to better health.

  This was my first visit with Dr. Kolasa & his staff. Everyone from check-in to check-out were terrific. Dr. Kolasa is very informative & easy going. He explains everything in a way that I could understand the process. I highly recommend this Dr. & office if ever needed.
