  Everyone here is lovely and goes above and beyond for their customers. They make you feel taken care of and will always do their best to accommodate your needs. I can’t tell you the amount of times they went out of their way to help me and it is beyond appreciated.

  I wished I have an option to give negative points or at least zero! There is always a reason why most people give this place a bad review. I’ve been with this pharmacy for 12 years and this will be the last time I am getting my prescriptions filled in here!! It seems too hassle to go somewhere to redo it all, but this place gotta stop. I saw Kroger on Morosgo location recently closed, I hope to see this one revamp and especially this pharmacist manager Ryan and tech Dephany, if that is her real name go! Very unprofessional, incompetent yet not nice! To give you an idea, when I address their incompetent to fill in the prescription, they think it was a verbal abuse. Instead you apologize for the delaying or the the text I got to pick up for my inconvenience to wait, Ryan said it was a ‘verbal abuse’ This shows how they don’t know how to take a criticism or complain. They took it as an attack and offended by it. So unprofessional! Just awful tech with an awful pharmacist in a package. I don’t understand why they work here if they are so unhappy doing it. Prescription is never filled on time. It takes a week to fill a just a simple prescriptions. Pharmacist is always on the phone or doing nothing but opt out to help the customers. Always grumpy and unprofessional techs testing your patience. Dephany has been here long and since the pharmacist manager Ryan came, the negative reviews were more than before! Just horrible service overall. Not ever recommending here. Go elsewhere!

  This Kroger pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I've ever visited. I was out of my amitriptyline a medication I have to take in order to fall asleep. First I went to Kroger in Dunwoody but they were out. I decided to drive to this location. I walked in around 7PM. It took forever for the pharmacist to pull me up in their systems.Even though Dunwoody Kroger was apply to locate my prescription with ease. I was told it would take 15 minutes to fill my prescription. I decided to wait in my car. Are about 25 minutes I go back inside the pharmacy the guy working now tells me they did not have any of the medication in stock. So I asked why would you not call me or check that before telling me it would be ready in 15 minute ? He didnt have a reponse just a dumb stupid look on his face. Just incompetent at a basic level. Do not transfer your prescription to this pharmacy. Tonight I will not be able to fall asleep because like I said this medications is the only thing that makes me fall asleep. I will go to Walgreens tomorrow to get my prescription. Stay far from this pharmacy.
