  My elderly mother comes here due to chronic pain. I have to drive her and it’s a hassle every time due to how long they make her wait. Her first visit I went in with her due to her sometimes not explaining things well due to her age. The male nurse was rude as she wasn’t fully understanding what he was saying and he got to the point he said “the doctor likely won’t see you if all you want are pain pills.” She never said that, she just didn’t understand what he had been explaining quickly as a multi level approach to pain management. I had to step and explain he was misunderstanding and she just isn’t familiar with these other pain management methods. Prior to this she had only been prescribed pills and she is willing to do whatever it takes to manage her pain. His lack of bedside manner and threatening to fire her as a patient before the doctor even saw her due to his own impatience was uncalled for. Once the doctor did see her all was well and he was much nicer and more patient. And he did end up prescribing her pain meds in the end along with injections. Which isn’t any sort of multi step approach, just what she had been getting before. Since then she’s had multiple appointments and each time she waits well over an hour and sometimes close to 2 hours. I wish we had another choice to go to but with her insurance she’s limited. I’d say many of these reviews are not surprising. Parking and wait times are horrible. And the bedside manner of some in this clinic is terrible.

  Have no complaints but only one thing is if only they keep you with one doctor. But they are very beautiful friendly staff and doctors. I thank Doctors to Staff and Nurses.

  I see Dr. Birladeanu (Dr. B) at Winder, he has really helped me with my pain level. I’ve had 3 back surgeries, and this is hereditary on my father’s side. Very helpful with pain management.

  Well! It didn’t give me three choices. It was either yes or no… I have to say that my last injection visit I have no idea who did my injection. It wasn’t the doctor that I expected, nor did the physician that injected me introduced himself prior to the procedure. So that was unacceptable!

  I was told I had an appointment on the 20th. I got a ride to wait on me while II was told I had an appointment on the 20th. I got a ride to wait on me while I had an injection done and they told me it wasn’t due then. They told me it wasn’t due then come back in April. I’m not too happy about it. I thought about changing clinics. They’d probably be happy anyway.
