Amy at reception and billing is full of warm personality and very accommodating. All the nurses, technicians and Dr. LeBow are skilled, cheerful, efficient and kind. My issue was not an emergency but being the first time I had ever had a blood vessel rupture in my eye, it was a little terrifying. Even though I was seeing another doctor in the Braselton facility rather than my usual doctor, I was treated with respect and was given the reassurance I needed, that everything is okay and that what happened is not unusual and that it will heal with out causing any lasting problems. Thanks NGEA!
