  LOVE Dr. Coker. The whole place was great until the recent receptionist change. If it wasn't for Dr. Coker, we'd leave.

  Dr Boatright is my sons Dr and i love him as a Dr but i was running late for my 10am appointment i called and the front desk on the phone told me i had a 30 minute grace period i arrived to the office right at 10:30 and when i walk in to speak to the front desk girl to check in she says she’ll be right with me , waited 2 minutes and then proceeded to tell me i arrived past the 30 minute mark and she could ask Dr Boatright if he could “squeeze” us in , waited 4-5 more minutes she comes back and tells me we’re gonna have to reschedule. i came all the way from cochran which is about 25-30 mins from the office so i was willing to wait a little longer if that meant my son could be seen. so if you make an appointment make sure you’re 30 mins early and if you’re running late go ahead and reschedule because the “30 minute grace period” is more like 15 mins. absolutely ridiculous and i’m considering changing Doctors because of this.

  I have to say I am very impressed with the nurses, staff, and Dr. Everyone is very polite. I'd recommend this place!! Could use some more seating in waiting g area but definitely 5 star 🌟.

  We absolutely love the staff here! Dr Coker is the sweetest and she takes the time to truly listen to your concerns. The RN’s are patient with my squirmy 1 year old.
