This place is so unprofessional. My husband was sick, I went online and sign him in. The wait said 20mins. When he got there they refused to see him. Told him sorry we are going home early... at 4:00 on a Thursday afternoon. Very rude.

I checked in and wait time was supposed to be 30 min the receptionist never acknowledged me even though she talked to other people and walked past me 4x i am ill or trust me i would not have dragged myself here and could barely sit in a chair finally i was.called up to the desk and for the first time asked if they took my insurrance i was told someone in the back was very sick and someone else had an appt and it would be another hour even though i had been there 45 min if someone had told me this and acknowledged me that would have been fine instead i left crying with a temp and feeling aweful
I was treated like she wanted me to leave

This clinic was suppose to be open until 7:30pm. I arrived at 6:22, the time that my “spot” was suppose to be...and I was told that they were closed. The girl at the desk was rude and the information provided online was inaccurate....I brought myself, and three children, all sick, out for nothing.
