    The staff thinks that you are working for them instead of them being there to serve you. And heaven forbid you pay them with cash because you can bet they don't have any change and walking to the front to get some is unheard of.

    I walked in on Tuesday and they treated me like a king! 20 sashimi hand rolls in my mouth immediately I didn't know a place could be like that a man's Wonderland melted right in my mouth like candy and let me tell you about Kandy and Kandy behind the register she lived up to her name eighty years of goodness. Bless

    I was warned! I read the reviews! But did I listen? Nope! Moved our prescriptions over to Kroger about two months ago because our secondary insurance went to a prescription card instead of allowing us to file for reimbursement. The first day I talked with them I filled out a paper application for me and my daughters. They made copies of my insurance cards. I went back two days later and they had lost our applications. That should have told me but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They were apologetic. We filled out new apps and more copies were made. The next day I get a phone call and they had misplaced my youngest daughter’s app AGAIN. Still I stayed. Today while waiting for my third prescription to be filled I get a robo call that there is a problem with my insurance. When I call the tech (who doesn’t know how to listen to customers but knows everything!) tells me that they only have one insurance on file! Are you kidding me? Total incompetence at the Kroger Pharmacy on 96!
