Tapestry Hospice

Comprehensive hospice care focuses on managing pain, providing emotional support, and ensuring a peaceful transition for patients facing terminal illnesses. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life by addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs and offering relief from symptoms of chronic illnesses at any stage. We are honored to serve Veterans and their families through our “We Honor Veterans” program. Counties served: Chattooga, Gordon, Floyd, Polk, Bartow, Cherokee, Paulding, Cobb, Douglas, Dade, Catoosa, Murray, Walker, Whitfield, Fannin, Pickens, Gilmer, Towns, and Union. Our interdisciplinary team includes physicians, nurses, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, and trained volunteers.
