    We recently moved to Bethlehem, GA and were worried about having our multiple prescriptions transferred from our out of area pharmacies. Our previous experience in trying to contact a live person at one of our past pharmacies was frustrating and time consuming. I was amazed when the Kroger pharmacist answered my call right away. She was very understanding and extremely patient listening to all of my issues. She said she would be happy to reach out to all the other pharmacies and have all our prescriptions transferred right away. And would be happy to fill the ones that were ready right away, then contact me to let me know. .All this happened in one pleasant phone call. I only wish that each time I have to contact someone, it would always be like this. Thank you Kroger.
