  The check-in process was quite challenging; but the nurse on duty was very patient and cordial. The PA was nice as well.

  I went there during the evening on March 19, 2026, arrived at 7:27, the sign on the door says the center closest at 8:00, the assistant behind the shield spoke out and said they aren’t taking any more patients they take there last patient at 7:30, mind you it’s 7:27 and they close at 8:00, I was refused service by this clinic, and the Dr. that was on duty during that time is not for helping people, it’s more about a check. It’s sad that the City of Bainbridge will employ someone of that standard…. Now on the other hand I did go back on March the 20, 2026, and reported it to the staff that was on duty, it was a totally different feel, the service was excellent hate to have given an one star, and the morning staff have to weep an bad review from a previous shift.

  Made a quick appointment online, we were a few minutes early, they got us right in after waiting less than 5 minutes and in and out the door in less than 15. Great staff and overall experience.
