  I have never had any issues with Piedmont physicians, my care, or the service I receive in Austell. Although, I find it very frustrating and inconvenient using the new automated Piedmont Assistant when calling to make an appointment or refill only to be transferred to an actual person and being told my prescription cannot be filled on the same day and that they have up to 72 hours to process the refill, even if I am out of my medication. Very disappointing.

  Yall need to let people leave video reviews. This place is PHENOMENAL!!! First off they were soooo kind from the get go. Second I'm paralyzed from a spinal cord injury so I can not control my bodily functions and of course as I'm meeting Dr. Bernade and her nurses Gwen and Barbara for the first time, I crap all over myself and all they did was say we got you, how can we help???? It brought me to tears to see a doctors office that takes their care to another level!! They didn't even know me and wiped my butt so I was all clean before I left. I was embarrassed and they reminded me why they do what they do because they truly are their to help those in need!! 10 outta 10 experience and I feel so blessed to have found a Doctor and an office staff that does everything they can to be outstanding!!! I am looking forward to my healthcare now instead of dreading if they're going to turn me away and make me figure it all out on my own like wellstar did for far too many years now. Thank you Gwen and Dr. Bernade for your empathy towards my needs as a paraplegic. You guys are too legit to quit!!!!

  Dr. Bernabe is awesome! She is very patient and actually concerned about your care. She explained everything and answered all questions. She has excellent bedside manner. I'm glad I found her to take over my care.

  My dr moved to this location and I love everyone that works here. To the front staff, who make the check in and out process very comfortable and easy. To the nurses that are so very kind and patient and of course the drs. If you’re struggling on finding a family dr, you should give them a try! 🥰
