Hello! Over the past few decades i was an avid walker & over all a very active person but for some reason i never liked going to the gym. I was always socially shy, intimidated by the machines & since i am not good with technology, the cardio machines also intimidated me. In August of 2025, i had a hearth cath performed for stenting to open up two blocked arteries i had. I realized that life is very short & that we need to make the most of our time here & also take care of our bodies more & to pay attention to symptoms more. Listen to your body. Please. I recovered from the procedure & was placed in Cardiac Rehab. That’s when i fell in love with lifting weights. I finished the 3 month program & graduated with a very strong heart again. As soon as i finished the rehab, I went to the gym (Onelife fitness) with my son & he helped me overcome my fear of a bigger gym. I made the decision after going with him for a month to get a membership of my own. I got my membership & Alberto HIGHLY recommended me to Roderick. My apologies if i spelled his name wrong haha! Roderick has changed my life completely. I have NEVER met someone who loves what they do more than him. He’s kind, patient, funny & has high energy. He pushes me, cheers me on & takes his time to make sure i am performing my workouts with correct form. Since i had a heart procedure, I am on lots of new mediations. One of them i started taking before training with roderick & my liver enzymes began to get out of control. I was terrified. I thought “great, another health issue i need to tend to.” During this time, i made no diet changes because i have always eaten very very clean. I do not drink nor do i smoke. The only change i made was training with roderick. Attached are two photos of my enzyme levels, one before training with him & the other most recently after training with him for 2 months. The AST has fully recovered & back in normal range. The ALT is just a few points away from the recovered range. I have never felt this good in my 60+ years of life. I am stronger, healthier & happier! Onelife is my second home. My safe place. Thank you so much to everyone there. The kindest staff & great equipment! I look forward to seeing how my body continues to change! Healthy heart, healthy liver & healthy mind 😌. - Maria Cristina Ventura

Onelife Austell is an amazing gym with a welcoming atmosphere and motivating energy that makes you excited to train. There are always friendly faces greeting you like DJ, KC, Mason, and especially NaQuisha.
NaQuisha is truly the best personal trainer I could have ever asked for. She has pushed me beyond my goals and helped me gain muscle in ways I never thought were possible. Because I do not naturally produce human growth hormone, I always believed building muscle would be extremely difficult for me. But with her guidance, encouragement, and expertise, I have gained strength and confidence like never before.
Beyond being an incredible trainer, she is kind, supportive, and genuinely cares about her clients. She has become such a great friend through this journey. I honestly do not know where I would be without her. If you are looking for someone who will believe in you, push you, and celebrate every win with you, NaQuisha is the absolute best.

I have been going to OneLife for a year. My trainers have made this a top notch experience. I have been working with Dylan and Q. Dylan got me in shape enough to work with Q. She has an endless amount of work around so I never get bored, and can never claim I can’t do something. She just finds another way to work a particular muscle group. I am completely loyal to OneLife as long as they keep up the high levels of trainers.

My trainer Q made my transition back into the gym flawless. It had been a long time since I had participated in any type of regular exercise and she helped me establish a routine that felt both challenging and accomplishable. I’ve been coming four months 3 to 4 days a week, have been seeing serous results, and now genuinely rely on coming to the gym for a sense of wellness. Thanks Q!
I give 3 stars because Alfredo who gave me my tour was amazing. And the gym itself is really nice… especially for athletes.
However, just an FYI… they require a 12 month commitment and charges 3 months worth of payments for a buyout, should you choose to cancel. This information was passed on to me by another worker (not Alfredo).
I think that 3 months is absurd. Personally, its not that serious for me, but for someone who just signs up without asking the questions they may need to know… this is your FYI.
It doesn’t work for me because i move around often so PF just makes sense for my life.. but just do with that information what you please…
No one should be in 12 month obligations to a gym when absolutely anything can occur that inhibits you from participating. Just consider this point in your decision making
