This is a very well run practice- my last Dr was a corporate pain center and you felt like a lab rat. Here, they really care about you , the team including Dr Sanders is just awesome, good pretreatment education of what will be done, great nurses to help carry that out. Beautiful office, very comfortable. Well Located and easy to find despite the review that spoke otherwise. I am a retired Dr myself and I can recognize a good health provider and team and business well run - its what I strived for ,for my 41 years in practice.

I have an appointment at 2 PM, according with their policy I arrived at 1:45 PM, the doctor made me wait until 4:45 PM, terrible expierience and of course I will never see that doctor again, visit for a complex regional pain syndrome after fractured my both ankles, the syndrome cause intense burning pain, extreme sensitivity, shooting pain and change and the temperature of the skin, the first thing this doctor prescribed was a cream that burned my legs, made with Capsaicin which is used to made chili pepper hot, Who in the right mind will give a patiente with burning sensation that kind of medication, applied one time and spent all night trying to calm the fire not only in my legs but also in my hands even that I washed after the application, also right away gave a broucher for a nerve blocker ($$) and mention that he used with amputees, Im far for that kind of treatment or been an amputee, his conversation was 90% based on his expirience with military patience because he is a military doctor.
Seen a management pain doctor should give you peace and hope, I went out crying and completed the expirience burning my legs.

Like the rest of the Piedmont system, this office is run like a healthcare system in a third-world country. As a new patient, I tried to navigate to the office using GPS. Upon entering the address, Google Maps took me out to Evans. As I started to realize that this couldn't be right, I tried to call the office, but no one ever answers the phones. When I eventually arrived 20 minutes late, they had cancelled my appointment based on a 15-minute late policy. When I asked the receptionist if she knew why I was late, without hesitation she said, "Your GPS took you to Evans?" So this is a known issue that no one took the time or courtesy to tell a new patient about. Good luck finding any Piedmont office that isn't totally dysfunctional.

Good luck getting a call back from them to get an appointment. I have called multiple times and left multiple messages for the new patient. They have yet to call us back and it’s been over a week. My uncle I is agonizing pain from his back and can walk but I guess this place doesn’t care.
