  I love kids street, the wait time is little to none and the staff is always nice and friendly. I love that I can register online at home or walk in if need be. They are really awesome with kids and the care they give is outstanding!!!

  Extremely Disappointing Experience! My visit was highly frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. Upon arrival, there was no front desk staff available; instead, I was required to check myself in using a kiosk with no confirmation that the process was successful. There was also no communication or follow-up from staff regarding wait times or status updates. I waited between one to two hours without any assistance or acknowledgment. Eventually, I had to call their phone number myself, only to reach an automated system advising that someone would return my call. During the drug screening process, I encountered further concerns. After providing my urine sample, standard handling procedures were not followed. Given my background in federal service, I politely requested that the sample be properly disposed of. Although the staff member initially stated she would handle it, it was not done at that time. After respectfully asking again whether I could either dispose of it myself or observe the process, the staff member appeared irritated before ultimately addressing the request. Additionally, it appeared as though very young staff members were operating the facility. At no point during my visit did I see or interact with a physician or a registered nurse. Lastly I brought to the young lady’s attention that the toilet had urine all over it and her response was it has been a very busy day. We have not had time to disinfect it. Unacceptable. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, and adherence to basic procedures made this a very poor experience. I would not recommend this location based on my visit.

  Over a hour wait for a drug screen is CRAZY! Only 1 person waiting before me. They weren't busy so not sure what the longggggg wait is for. However, when I finally was called back, the women who did my test was nice. Either hire more people, or get a better system.
